Homeopathy is a holistic form of support that stimulates your body's innate healing abilities.

Homeopathy was developed over 200 years ago as a holistic way of helping with acute illness and chronic disease.  Using a holistic approach means that the condition of the entire person is considered before determining what remedy is needed.  So, while conventional medicine will diagnose illnesses of the body (like diabetes) or of the mind (like anxiety), homeopathy considers all symptoms of the body and mind together.

Homeopathic remedies can help restore the body to a state of natural, healthy balance.

Homeopathic remedies are made from raw materials found in nature.  Plant, mineral and animal substances from all over the world have been evaluated for their homeopathic properties.  A qualified homeopath will carefully review your case and determine the most effective remedy to help your body back into balance.

Homeopaths are not doctors and we do not diagnose disease.

A graduate of the Northwestern Academy of Homeopathy is not doctor and does not diagnose disease.  Each graduate has completed a four year program of accredited courses in homeopathy and client care.   The courses cover the full spectrum of homeopathy, including materia medica, homeopathic history and philosophy, anatomy, pathology, and participation in supervised care of clients in the homeopathic student clinic.  Since homeopathy is a holistic form of medicine, we don't just investigate the symptoms of your medical diagnosis, but the whole state of your being.  The intent is to work with the body's natural healing ability to return to state of balance and wellness on all levels, whether it be physical, mental or emotional.
