The office for initial in-person consultations is located in St. Louis Park, MN. If you do not live locally, there are opportunities for Skype consultations. Please let us know if you are interested in this option for your first appointment.
All appointments require a credit card to hold the appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee. Please see fee schedule for details.
